Hyped for Hybrid Apps.
There are three approaches to mobile app development: Native, Web, or Hybrid. All three approaches have their advantages and disadvantages. For 95% of all use cases, the hybrid approach offers an excellent user experience at a manageable cost. That's why we at Becklyn only follow this approach.
Of course, you can build small web apps and put them in a container in the app stores. This may have the advantage that mobile apps can be cobbled together with web technologies. But we know really well how to build web apps. That's why we're not pursuing this approach. On top of that, end-users are punished with jerky interactions and high memory and battery consumption. Our hybrid apps compile to native code - and don't have these problems.
The biggest disadvantage of the completely native approach is the anatomy of the applications: Each system requires its own code base and consequently its own team. This hardware proximity only makes sense for very few apps. The consequence: significantly higher costs. So here, too, our approach to hybrid mobile apps proves its worth.
The hybrid approach is becoming increasingly popular. Players like React Native or Flutter / Dart are revolutionizing the mobile app market. We are at the forefront of the current trends and are happy to talk to you.
