FERMO wanted to respond to the changes within the construction industry and create a standardized solid house. Focus: design, quality, sustainability - and above all simplicity. We supported FERMO from the very beginning and brought the vision into digital reality with our creative concept for the new house - from the brand experience to the user experience.
We already found the right name for the standardized concept house in Neohaus during the pitch. With the guiding principle "Premium solid houses à la carte", we developed a basis for the brand identity. It was clear: Neohaus should be modern and young, but also stylish and sophisticated.
For the branding of Neohaus, we opted for a calm, earthy color palette in addition to a neon green. The typography stands for classic timelessness and is easy to read, especially in a digital context and in the configurator.
The Neohaus logo embodies the brand essence with its striking, geometric "N". It is reminiscent of a stylized house or an inviting dining table and, when used, unfolds into a focus indicator in the detailed view of the floor plan. The "N" thus becomes a bracket that encapsulates the entire brand identity.

In addition to the corporate identity, we also supported the FERMO project team in the product development process for the Neohaus. The standardized house design came from an architect from FERMO, the three different style variants were lovingly curated by a duo of two interior designers - and in turn staged by other specialists for 3D-renderings. Throughout the entire process, our role was to provide creative impetus and ensure the digital feasibility of the project.
Unlike conventional houses, configuring a Neohaus doesn't require thousands of decisions – but just 54.
Our intuitive wizard guides interested parties step by step through the process and shows detailed options with images, additional information and transparent prices at every stage. The total costs and number of square meters are constantly updated and are always visible together with the progress indicator.
At the end, users receive a clear summary of their individual configuration. They can customize it, share it via a link or download it as a PDF.
Our headless configurator for Neohaus is based on a customized software solution with lean, modular code. This enables high performance and a seamless user experience. The technology is designed to efficiently implement the specified configurator logic, which is based on the requirements of FERMO and the building specification, while remaining easy to maintain. At the same time, the modular structure allows flexible adaptation to future requirements and expansions, ensuring scalability for the future.
When selecting the content management system for the Neohaus website, we decided on Storyblok together with FERMO. As a headless CMS, it offers a flexible and scalable solution that fits the scope and requirements of Neohaus perfectly. The powerful API enables seamless content integration and provides an intuitive user interface for content management. The website and configurator are closely integrated to ensure a consistent user experience.
For the go-to-market of Neohaus, we also provided FERMO with strategic advice and developed customized digital marketing guidelines that perfectly coordinated the channel and budget selection as well as the corresponding messages. In addition, we created creative templates for social media and advertisements to effectively support the marketing objectives.
Just a few weeks after the market launch, the first two new homes were already up and running. Step by step and brick by brick, the digital configuration has become reality. We are proud to have laid the digital foundation for Neohaus, including a strong brand identity, and are excited to see what future enhancements are in store for the brand, the configurator and the website.
