Hello, is it you we're looking for? For our office in Ludwigsburg we are looking for reinforcement in the back office. You should be an organizational talent, reliable and enjoy accounting. It would also be cool if you already have a few years of experience in the day-to-day running of an agency. If you already have a focus on financial accounting, all the better. General office organization, including appointment coordination and management, ordering, incoming and outgoing mail
Coordination and booking of national and international travel for our colleagues
Coordination of office management and communication with external service providers
Reception activities, including visitor management, telephone and e-mails
Preparation of payroll accounting
Organizational management of the company
Responsibility for day-to-day business including ongoing accounting (accounts receivable, accounts payable, travel expenses, bank, payment transactions, dunning & receivables management, account reconciliation)
Cooperation with management and tax advisor
Preparation of outgoing invoices
A completed commercial vocational training and at least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable position
Confident handling of Datev
Good knowledge of Excel
